Mark Robinson, hired at VP Sales & Marketing

June 1, 2003, Nextek Power is proud to announce that Mark Robinson has joined their team as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Robinson will be responsible for positioning the product, supporting existing clients, and introducing the product to new markets. The Nextek NPS-1000 system directly utilizes the power of solar panels and other energy sources to power lighting systems in commercial and industrial buildings. The concept, called “direct coupling” increases efficiency and uses solar energy more effectively

Formerly, Robinson was President of The Energy Grid, a consulting firm to the Renewable Energy industry and Director of Customer Service and Information Systems at inverter manufacturer Advanced Energy, Inc. He comes to the renewable energy industry computer field, where he established a leading Boston area consulting firm.

Robinson holds a business management degree from the University of Southern New Hampshire, several Microsoft certifications, and is a licensed Master Electrician.
