This past week Kroger unveiled it's new digital shelf-edge technology to 5,200 Kroger Managers at the Kroger Leadership Summit. The goal of the technology is to replace paper tags with digital screens, which will not only allow for more efficient price changes, but could also be useful in directing customers to other products they might be interested in purchasing.

Nextek has been working with Kroger for well over a year to develop a product to power the technology.  We are pleased to announce that our over 100 of our Power Server Modules have been installed in the Kroger Supermarket in Cold Spring, Kentucky, lighting up display gondolas throughout the store.  You can read an article about the installation here: http://www.wcpo.com/news/insider/kroger-co-kr-innovation-on-display-at-three-day-leadership-summit

USA Today also has a video clip about the innovation which can be seen here: http://www.usatoday.com/videos/money/nation-now/2015/10/03/73319544/
